Role:
To develope Bill of Material, RSPL (Recommended Spare Parts List) and Spares information required for commissioning, start up, long and short term maintenance. To ensure material description, specification and safety stock levels required for start up, commissioning and maintenance of process plants - onplot & offplot. To provide input for creating and updating spare parts information in SAP system.
Requirement:
2-years technical Diploma in Engineering. Minimum 10 years of diversified experience in a multi-discipline environment preferably LNG plant with at least 3 years of experience in development of Bill of Materials and Spare parts information. Sound knowledge in Bill of Material, Tag structure, Equipment criticality and Asset Register. Ability to interpret and apply technical specifications, engineering drawings, IOM, and other documents required for spares information and maintenance management Good understanding of Commissioning and Operating spares required for start up of an LNG / Hydrocarbon processing plant.
