The Role
Lead, develop and guide team in the management of the technical interfaces with customers through evaluation and implementation of optimal product mix strategy to enhance profitability and customer satisfactionThe role will be based in Melbourne and reporting to the Vice President Business Unit Pipe

Contribution
C1. Area or Responsibility
act as technical leader of the technical work carried out by the Business Unit
Ensure that the technical service resources are utilized in alignment with Borouge's short-tem priorities, long term strategy and cost budgets
Ensure that project end results are achieved in collaboration with Research and Development and participate personally where appropriate
Analyse, recommend and implement optimal product mix strategy to enhance profitability and customer satisfactiony
Provide inputs to the set-up of strategic objectives and Key Performance Indicators to achieve Borouge business strategy
Ensure level of Compliance with internal and external safety procedures
Provide expertise, advice and guidance for technical areas within and beond the Business Unit to ensure positive impact to Borouge's profitability
Implement marketing strategy to ensure that it is feasible and practicle in the Business Unit
Accountable for the interpretation, organization, execution and coordination of technical services to ensure they are within time/manpower and budget parameters

Skills
S1. Education
University degree or equivalent or Polytechnic vocational education

S2. Experience
12-15 years of relevant work experience
Good understanding of intellectual rights
Good knowledge of product development commercialization process
Good knowledge of corporate strategy
Extensive knowledge of products, manufacturing and application technology
Extensive knowledge of commercial and value chain
Extensive knowledge of Borouge procedures and systems

S3. People
Good proficiency in written and spoken English
Good proficiency in native language
Competence in application of standard office software
Good project management skills
Good facilitation and coaching skills
Good reporting and documentation skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Strong internal and external networks
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
