ADMA OPCO - Vendor Performance Engineer
Knowledge Skills & Experience:
+ 5 - 6 years experience in assessing Vendor Performance preferably with previous experience + in the Oil & Gas Industry.
+ Good Knowledge of ERP System such as Maximo.
+ Good knowledge of English.
Job Purpose:
+ Monitors the performance of Vendors (Contractors & Suppliers) from commencement of the Contract to the end of the Contract to ensure that the Vendors execute the Contract in line with their contractual obligations and also in strict compliance with the Terms and Conditions as stipulated in the Contract documents.
+ Establishes a Data Base in Maximo in which the collected/ received data on Vendor (Contractors/ Suppliers) performance are to be entered and update these data from time to time upon receipt of the outcome of the periodical and/ or frequent follow-up monitoring of Vendors (Contractors/ Suppliers) performance.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
