The Maintenance & Compliance Trainer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring training material in compliance with Operational Excellence (OE) initiatives and regulatory standards as well as company policies and procedures. PANEL OPERATOR (Offshore)
Position incumbent will have frontline responsibility for monitoring and controlling operations of remote offshore wellheads through the Distributed Control System located in the control room. He'll work on a shift basis at the onshore plant control room and will be required to have deep technical knowledge of the equipment, an analytical approach and the ability to identify and act on real and potential problems. Incumbent will participate during the phases of commissioning, start-up and operations of these remote wellheads and thus would be expected to travel to construction sites and offshore fields. High School graduate and successful completion of the National Certificate (NC). Actively participates in the Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) of new control systems, to ensure that the new technology is transferred and accepted into Qatargas. Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation or Control Systems, Computer Sciences or Software Engineering together with 6 years' experience in instrumentation design, maintenance or ideally within an oil or gas processing environment, together with knowledge and/or experience in Foxboro IA system, PLC, TMR and ESD systems. Good written and spoken English.

INSTRUMENT ENGINEER
Supervises, plans and coordinates activities for the maintenance, safe operation and functionality of all Instruments, regulatory control, process safety and emergency shutdown systems associated with process operations in all Plant areas. Provides supervision and technical direction over predictive and breakdown maintenance. BSc.in Instrument or Control System Engineering or equivalent together with 8 years' maintenance experience in a modern oil or gas processing plant which uses DCS/TMR/PLC technology, including at least 5 years supervisory experience. Very good written and spoken English.

SENIOR ANALYZER TECHNICIAN
Completion of secondary education (12 years) followed by 3 years formal trade training on instrument/ analyzer / control system engineering crafts plus a minimum of 5 years direct instrument and trouble shooting experiences on analyzers in the oil and gas sector or chemical process industries.

SENIOR INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN
Completion of secondary education (12 years) followed by 3 years formal Trade Training in Instrument or Control Systems Engineering Crafts plus a minimum of 5 years direct Instrument and Trouble shooting maintenance experience in the Oil and Gas sector or Chemical Process Industries.

SENIOR ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN
Completion of secondary education (12 years) followed by 3 years formal Trade Training in Electrical Engineering craft plus a minimum of 5 years of direct Electrical Maintenance and trouble shooting experience in the Oil and Gas sector or Chemical Process industries. Knowledge of PLC's power generation and control equipment.

UTILITY MAN - MATERIALS
Diploma/Secondary High School with 2 years experience in the cement or similar industry, should possess excellent Command of English and Arabic is a definite advantage. Candidate will be in the plant and need to have very good health Conditions and should be willing to work on rotating 3 shifts - Schedules.
Role:
a) Control and Monitor all the handling / transport materials - clinker, gypsum and slag - fro the storage hall throughout the Process line till feeding of cement into silos.
b) Inspect every hour all the process line from raw materials all till the cement silos.
c) Take care of any spillage of materials on belt conveyors, weight - feeders, etc.
d) Inform quickly the mill operator of any abnormal situations such as broken air slides, chute blockages, etc
e) He will carry light tools to repair any small broken items in the handling / transport system.
f) Close cooperation with coworkers.
g) Respect of the environment rules and safety.

UTILITY MAN - PROCESS
Candidates should be a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical with minimum six years of in the similar field out of which should Have 4 years experience in the cement industry. Candidate will be in the plant and need to have very good health Conditions and should be willing to work on rotating 3 shifts - Schedules.
Role :
a) Control and monitor the working conditions of the running machines in the process line of two cement grinding mills with a capacity of 144t/h each.
b) Monitor the conditions of the running machines especially in the mill gearbox, separators, elevators and other.
c) Inspect every hour all the process line for any defect in the process or malfunction of any machine, vibration, etc.
d) He will carry light tools to repair any minor mechanical repairs such as : replacing broken bolts on a screw conveyor, etc.
e) Inform the mill operator of any abnormal situations such as: unstable running elevator, noise inside the mills, etc
f) Close operation with coworkers
g) Respect of the environment rules and safety.

UTILITY MAN - QUALITY CONTROL
Diploma/Secondary High School with 2 years experience in any type of laboratory testing procedures, should possess excellent Command of English and Arabic is a definite advantage. Candidate will be in the plant and need to have very good health Conditions and should be willing to work on rotating 3 shifts - Schedules.
Role:
a) Control and monitor the cement quality control of two cement mills having a capacity of 144t/h each.
b) Take cement samples and perform tests as per schedule table and frequency determined by the chief chemist.
c) Any request by the mill operator to perform a quality control test on the process line.
d) Work in parallel with the process utility man to adjust any control parameters, ex separator.
e) Close communication with the chief chemist for: target ranges, testing procedures, calibration of lab instruments and know how.
f) Respect of the environment rules, plant safety and lab procedures including safety.
