Job Summary:
The job holder will be responsible for supervising the preparation of periodics reports, statistic, and costing production volumes and material balances and ensure these are correctly accounted for. Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years experience in Oil and Gas Industry focusing on subsea pipeline engineering activities (especially pipeline integrity, pigging monitoring and risk management for sub sea pipeline and pipeline system technology) within the project and engineering organisation. Job Purpose/Responsibilities

Responsible for subsea pipeline design for integrity and technology selection including developing and maintaining standards and procedures to support the Integrity Management Programs for all subsea pipelines. Shall evaluate best subsea pipeline design and repair technology.

To do the co-ordination efforts to insure technical quality and timelines of work for technical studies and development engineering services to Assets and shareholders using the most appropriate technologies.

The Role

This would include maximising Borouge's receivable investment and minimising the credit risks while supporting the business targets.

Contribution

C1. Area of Responsibility
+ To perform timely release of blocked orders on credit hold
+ To initiate proactive actions by providing financing alternatives to benefit sales.
+ To perform analytical and sound credit assessment, recommend or approve credit applications within policy guidelines
+ To perform company and industry credit risks analyses and make recommendations on long-term plans for risk mitigation
+ To monitor country risks and provide alerts to business to minimise potential losses or delays in collections
+ Analyse payment performance of customers and provide recommendations to improve the payment behavior of slow payers
+ Proactively evaluate customer records and recommend accounts to be closed, credit limit or payment term to be reduced or extended, based on payment history with customers to optimise the cash flow
+ To provide and improve the receivable forecast accuracy within the target set
+ To prepare statements of deliquent accounts and forward these for legal action
+ Liaise proactively with Credit insurance underwriters to maximise the covers to reduce business risk exposures
+ To provide accurate and timely reports for decision making
+ To coach credit and sales team to solve overdue/credit related issues
+ Ensure that documentation of new and existing exposures comply with policy and legal requirements

ROLE
Develop and implement the OH/WE P and ensure compliance with relevant industrial hygiene standards per RGEE System 5-5. Administrator and primary liaison contact with Company Chief Medical Officer (CMO) for implementation of RGEE System 5-5. Respond to workplace health issues brought by Operations, Maintenance, Laboratory, Materials & Procurement, General Services, Drilling, site construction and other EHSQ professionals. Perform qualitative and quantitative exposure assessments to identify workplace health hazards and produce reports with recommendations for achieving hazard reduction and compliance with relevant industrial hygiene standards. Follow up with the appropriate Department(s) to ensure that recommendations are implemented in a timely manner. Conduct routine walkthrough surveys of the plant and offshore facilities to identify issues, as well as determine level of compliance. Assist in the implementation of control measures (engineering, work practices and/or personal protective equipment), when necessary, to reduce exposure risk. Assist in the development and presentation of applicable workplace and Al Khor Community health protection training, such as hazard communications, hearing conservation, respiratory protection and others as directed by the EHSQ Manager or CMO. Assist in the identification of those jobs requiring periodic medical surveillance, due to the potential for excessive exposure to chemical and/or physical agents. Participates in the EHS meetings with the various Departments to present information on their activities and findings related to the OH/WE P. Participate in shutdown planning process to ensure that adequate resources are available during shutdown relative to support staff, training, PPE, monitoring equipment, etc. Participate in process change and new construction discussions to ensure that potential workplace health problems are anticipated and controlled. Purchase, calibrate and maintain industrial hygiene instrumentation necessary to support the OH/WE P. Train Safety, Operations (offshore and onshore) and other staff to assist him in the implementation and related monitoring of the OH/WE P. Assist in the annual audit of the OH/WE P. Provide line supervision and employees with the requisite information to ensure their understanding of work-related health hazards. Responsible for the support of Company Safety, Health & Environment and Quality policies and programs, and carrying out specific duties and responsibilities related to his job as spelled out in RGEE Management System documentation, policies, procedures, local documentation, Management System Manual, Safety Manual and other related documents. Monitor quality of drinking water at RasGas sites (including Al Khor Housing Community). Provide guidance and assistance to residents on health concerns at Al Khor Housing Community, as requested by Company CMO. May be assigned other tasks related to company health concerns by the CMO.

REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Engineering, Science or Medicine, with further study in Industrial Hygiene or Workplace Health Protection leading to membership of a recognized professional body such as ACGIH. Five (5) years experience in industrial hygiene, in the oil and gas industry including onshore plant construction, commissioning and operation and offshore drilling and production. Very good knowledge of written and spoken English with the ability to perform presentations and to produce technical reports. Very good knowledge of Word for Windows and Excel spreadsheet computer software.

To ensure the continued and effective operation of the Planning function in the nominated area of responsibility. REQUIREMENTS
Secondary school education plus a three to five year vocational credential (HNC, HND or equivalent). Minimum 8-10 years experience as a Technical Planner and scheduler of activities associated with maintenance, production and materials in an oil/gas facility. Computer skills should include a working knowledge of a variety of technical planning software and maintenance management and materials software. SAP and Primavera P3 are preferred. Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance systems, performance measures and their applications. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Good leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member. Good adaptability to multinational environments, with exposure to various cultures and customs.
