Due to continuing expansion and its success in the market place, ADSB is seeking to recruit qualified candidates for its shipyard in Mussafah, for the following position:
PLANNERS
College graduate with a degree in Business Administration or Engineering, or graduate of a Certified Apprenticeship Program in Shipbuilding, and five years experience in shipbuilding planning. Will be involved in the development of Strategic/Long Range Planning for the company such as Production Plan, Delivery Schedules, Key Event Schedules, Build Strategy Methods, and Budget Schedules for shipbuilding and repair. Knowledge of detail planning and progress monitoring of various phases of shipbuilding and repair. Must have experience and knowledge in use of Microsoft Office, and knowledge Primavera is a must. Ability to communicate, verbal and written, in English. Good communication skills to interact with superiors, peers and clients.

Essential Job Duties:
Assist in financial closing of Boooks of Accounts and providing necessary data to the Budgeting & Reporting Group for preparing of Monthly Mangement Report. Aasist in preparing, analysis and review of the monthly accrual process, ensure accuracy of allocations and affect on Operating and Capital Expenditures. Assist in analysis of Operating and Capital Expenditure as part of monthly management reporting. Investigation of variances working with the responsible managers to find out the reasons for the major variances and suggest revisions. Monthly Analysis & Reconciliation of General Ledger and recording of adjustments thereof. Assist the Chief Accountant in Statutory Annual Audit. Assit the Chief Accountant in the Development and Production Sharing Agreement (DPSA) Cost Recovery Audit conducted by Government of Qatar (represented by QP) Responsible for review of Employee Receivable accounts and distribution of receivable statements to Employees for recovery. Assist the Chief Accountant in various queries and assignments from time to time as and when required. Responsbile for processing Employee Expense Reports. This included obtaining appropriate Department or management approval of expense reports for payment, review of expense reports to ensure claims are within Company's policies and procedures. Responsible for prepartion and circulation of monthly PAR's Over-run Report to concerned Departments for regularization of Budget Over-Run's.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, CPA, CA, CIMA, ACCA, MBA will be preferred Experience required 5-7 years Oil & Gas & Oracle Experience
